Итальянский производитель оборудования для целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности A.Celli PMT совместно с компанией «ЦБП-Сервис» (входит в группу компании GT Group, г. Санкт-Петербург) поставили и запустили новый высокоскоростной ПРС на Воронежской бумажной фабрике «ЭкоЛайнер».

Проект модернизации «ЭкоЛайнер» был включен в реестр особо значимых проектов Воронежской области, в настоящее время компания является ведущим предприятием по переработке макулатуры, производству бумаги для гофрирования и картона для плоских слоев в регионе. Предприятию присвоен наивысший класс энергоэффективности «А», что подтверждает возможности не только рационального использования природных ресурсов, но и минимизации издержек. С 2017 года был запущен инвестиционный план по модернизации фабрики и в связи с увеличением фактической скорости БДМ, заказчику была оказана всесторонняя помощь в инжиниринге и выборе оборудования, отвечающего требованиям производства.

Компания A.Celli занимается изготовлением и выпуском продольно-резательных станков, которые являются одними из самых скоростных и широкоформатных в мире. Станок для продольной резки бумаги представляет собой высокоточное оборудование с автоматической системой управления, которая обеспечивает точность резки и минимальный процент брака. Проектная скорость автоматизированного продольно-резательного станка 2600 м/мин при формате 2540 мм, что позволит увеличить производительность фабрики до 100 тыс. тонн ролевой продукции и улучшить качество выпускаемого сырья. Конструктивной особенностью оборудования является автоматическая подача и проклейка гильз, автоматическое позиционирование ножей, оснастка системой аспирации. Для удобства эксплуатации, техническая документация и панели управления полностью переведены на русский язык.

Представители Воронежской бумажной фабрики отметили, что запуск нового станка является важным шагом в развитии предприятия и позволит увеличить объемы производства и расширить ассортимент продукции. Производитель A.Celli в свою очередь, активно сотрудничал с клиентом и компанией «ЦБП-Сервис», предоставляя необходимые документы и помощь в решении технических вопросов. В результате совместных усилий удалось успешно поставить продольно-резательный станок в Россию и запустить его на производственной площадке в Воронеже. Представители всех компаний отметили, что такие сложности в логистическом процессе не являются редкостью, особенно в контексте международных перевозок и санкций. Однако, благодаря эффективной коммуникации и сотрудничеству всех участников, удалось успешно преодолеть все трудности и доставить оборудование в установленные сроки. Запуск продольно-резательного станка от итальянской компании A.Celli стал важным событием для бумажной фабрики и поможет ей значительно увеличить производительность и качество своей продукции.

A longitudinal cutting machine from a leading Italian manufacturer has been launched at the Voronezh Paper Mill

The Italian manufacturer of equipment for the pulp and paper industry A.Celli PMT together with the company CBP-Service (part of the GT Group, St. Petersburg) have installed and launched a new high-speed PRS at the Voronezh paper mill EcoLiner.

A.Celli PMT is a world renowned company headquartered in Italy, which has been operating in the global market of paper and nonwovens, with top-level technological solutions, for more than 70 years. The Italian company offers advanced solutions for turnkey complex plants, sanitary paper machines, paper and cardboard winders and rewinders, as well as automatic packaging systems, automated material processing equipment and, finally, automated storage and retrieval systems.

The EcoLiner modernization project was included in the register of particularly significant projects of the Voronezh region, currently the company is a leading enterprise for recycling waste paper, producing paper for corrugation and cardboard for flat layers in the region. The company has been assigned the highest energy efficiency class "A", which confirms the possibilities not only of rational use of natural resources, but also of minimizing costs. Since 2017, an investment plan has been launched to modernize the factory and due to the increase in the actual speed of the paper machines, the customer was provided with comprehensive assistance in engineering and choosing equipment that meets the requirements of production.

A.Celli company is engaged in the manufacture and production of longitudinal cutting machines, which are among the fastest and most wide-format in the world. The paper slitting machine is a high-precision equipment with an automatic control system that ensures cutting accuracy and a minimum percentage of defects. The design speed of the automated longitudinal cutting machine is 2600 m/min with a format of 2540 mm, which will increase the productivity of the factory to one hundred thousand tons of roll products and improve the quality of the raw materials produced. The design feature of the equipment is automatic feeding and sizing of sleeves, automatic positioning of knives, equipment with an aspiration system. For ease of operation, technical documentation and control panels are fully translated into Russian.

The manufacturer A.Celli, in turn, actively cooperated with the client and the company CBP-Service, providing the necessary documents and assistance in solving technical issues. As a result of joint efforts, it was possible to successfully deliver the longitudinal cutting machine to Russia and launch it at the production site in Voronezh. Representatives of all companies noted that such difficulties in the logistics process are not uncommon, especially in the context of international transportation and sanctions. However, thanks to effective communication and cooperation of all participants, it was possible to successfully overcome all difficulties and deliver the equipment on time.
